I had no intention of purchasing a car that day but between the car and Fran it was easy! After the decision was made I wanted to go - I despise the long process of car dealerships. Other buyers were in front of me but Fran moved the process along and had me meet with the "BMW Product Genius" Anthony O'Brien before papers were signed. Anthony's knowledge and willingness to answer my inquiries just increased my trust. There was a slight hiccup the next Monday when I went to schedule service and a loaner car was not initially "permitted" but Fran acted quickly and resolved the matter.
