Amazing Experience from Inquiry to Purchase I have been wanting to buy a BMW for the past year and started working with the BMW of Bel Air. He was extremely responsive and answered all my questions, including taking some pics for me on the measurements of the car. Excellent Service, no hassle approach I dropped my car off to have my tires replaced. Jim the Service Manager and his team could have treated me better. I had a loaner car waiting for me a I dropped my car off to have my tires replaced. Jim the Service Manager and his team could have treated me better. I had a loaner car waiting for me and the paperwork was completed before I showed up for the service. All I had to do was sign and initial. They took care of the rest. Two days later I left with four new tires, alignment, front and rear breaks, leaking valve fixed, new windshield wipers and a spanking clean car. Thanks for making my life easy! More
