Had to reschedule service for oil change from 3/7 to 3/10 due to BMW systems being down so that was a big inconvenience to move it to a day I had to work and leave early from work. Maintenance We had a tire losing pressure on a Saturday a few miles from Bel Air BMW. We called to see if we could get the car looked at and they were very accomm We had a tire losing pressure on a Saturday a few miles from Bel Air BMW. We called to see if we could get the car looked at and they were very accommodating. We pulled the car into the service area and went inside and was treated by Kurt. He looked at the tire and pulled up the vehicle information from the key fob and found we were close to needing a service. Kurt put us in a courtesy vehicle to use for a few days while the car was being serviced. We also asked for all four tires to be replaced. They serviced the vehicle, replaced the four tires, four wheel alignment and replaced the rear brake pads. This is the first BMW (X3) we have purchased and have nothing but good things to say about this dealership in fact have purchased two other used cars from them in the last couple of years all of which through Jason in sales. I don’t think we would go anywhere else when going to purchase a BMW. More
