Purchased/Leased four vehicles from this dealership since 2007. Developed trust in them that, given my last purchase, was not deserved. Recently purchased an M550 at end of lease. Had CPO inspection done (at 2007. Developed trust in them that, given my last purchase, was not deserved. Recently purchased an M550 at end of lease. Had CPO inspection done (at cost of $1,900) to get the preferred CPO rate (and extended warranty). Rushed through loan closing (my fault) and did not notice that rate was 1% higher than quoted during negotiation (2.49% versus 1.49%). Contacted finance manager and company president for an explanation and resolution...crickets. Love BMW, so will continue buying the brand, but not from this dealership. More
