I am late on this report and it is my fault for the delay but I would never let this dealership touch my 428XIS again - never - 75000 miles garage kept - new tires not torqued on so brake wobble now and char but I would never let this dealership touch my 428XIS again - never - 75000 miles garage kept - new tires not torqued on so brake wobble now and charge for rotation to back($50 bucks - ya killin me - really the tires are already off)- broken hood latch cable - (BS) - $750 bucks - Vehicle is garage kept even at work - no rust on it and i was just under the hood for windshield washer replacement - Charging me to clear codes that I already cleared (yeah I have friends at Snap on too) - had a sensor alignment issue now hood no longer lines up with the bumper - looks like garbage - RO number is 269344 if you want to call me - otherwise I will handle with Otto's or do myself - not sure who I spoke with so will only leave on star on service dept - again my issue for not stepping us sooner - service advisor is 1827 - I was in the process of moving when all this occured and did not go and discuss face to face and that is my issue - I am not hiding behind e mail as I left the RO number More
