COME TO BMW BEL AIR IF YOU WANT A MASSIVE HEADACHE AND WANT TO FEEL LIKE YOURE GETTING SCAMMED !!! If I could leave zero stars I would ! Started off good until after I bought the car ! Got a 2024 i4xdr WANT TO FEEL LIKE YOURE GETTING SCAMMED !!! If I could leave zero stars I would ! Started off good until after I bought the car ! Got a 2024 i4xdrive on 12-3-24 it's now 6 days after I bought the car . I HAVE ZERO ACCESS TO THE 55K CAR I JUST BOUGHT ! They lied to me every step of the way deliberately kept things from me and told me I would get free charging for 2 years have now had to pay out of pocket for charging twice with zero help from the people at BMW Bel Air . All they said is all they could do is say sorry! They told me I could always drive the 20mins to the dealership to charge for free( BUT WAIT ) I would have to leave my car there over night to fully charge because they have the slowest low voltage charger! Would of taken over 12 hours to fully charge. Not the mention the short fat bald manager there basically threatened me after I was already half way in my car he then storms out of the building like hes all big and bad getting in my face threatening me telling me to get in my car and leave even know thats what I was already doing! All because they don't like to hear how they scam people and have lied to me ever step of the way! I would never recommend this place to anyone ! Also missing the card key that was supposed to come with it because the one that was in the car wasn't the right one ! So not only have they lied to me on almost every occasion they also false advertise ! Will be getting a lawyer and contacting corporate because BMW of Bel Air Maryland is giant joke ! STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS CLOWN SHOW !!!! Won't ever buy a BMW again if this is the best you've got it's sad and pathetic! I don't want sorrys I want what is owed to me because sorrys get me nowhere ! The people at BMW Bel Air created these problems and offer no help or solutions ! It's very irritating and infuriating! More

Very nice people at the location. Set up the test ride quickly and moved the paperwork along smoothly working with my bank. Purchased a nice used vehicle that is in great condition.
