This is by far the WORST dealership in the area. I took my car to them for struts and coolant pipes. They performed a diagnostics and suggested fuel injectors too and I approved the service. When they called and said it was ready, the struts were not installed, the coolant pipes were, and so were the injectors. I get it home and when started it up again, it just sounded like I had pressed the gas peddle to the floor. And when I took it back, they said they weren't at fault. The car was not performing like that before they replaced my injectors and I asked them if they test drove it after they repaired it, and they said no. xxx Does That?? Keira was rude, wouldn't allow me to speak and she wasn't even my service advisor. Robin Watts was NEVER at work and wouldn't return my calls. Donna Frederick needs management classes (again). Keith Leger responded to the last bad review that I gave them, and when I asked Donna Frederick to speak to him about my car, he told her that he had never spoken to me about it. Long story short: BMW of Beaumont is a ZOO! I don't think there's a competent person that works there! More to come on other sites!! Plus Consumer Affairs and the Better Business Bureau!

I’m sorry to hear about the cost of your vehicle’s repairs. As you very well know, vehicles will break and from time to time need repairs. Your 2018 BMW X2 with 61,766 miles at the time of purchase 3 months ago was checked out, passed a safety inspection, came with a clean CARFAX, and sold as is. You were offered an extended warranty at the time of purchase which you declined. As a dealership, we did everything we could prior to the sale of this vehicle to make sure it was safe and dependable. As mentioned above, unfortunately sometimes repairs are needed. Thank you for taking the time to respond to my review. However, I would like to clarify the root of the problem, since you seem to have a misunderstanding. When I purchased the vehicle “as-is” you failed to disclose known damage to the vehicle which is fraud. Since you are the General Manager, I’m sure you know that when I asked the sales representative if the vehicle had any known mechanical issues, they were required to disclose of the issues that were known. Fortunately, I have enough evidence proving the damage existed when I purchased the vehicle. You can take the position that you did not know the damage existed, but you would still look like a liar because you stated it was “checked out, passed a safety inspection…. and did everything to make sure the vehicle was dependable”. If you did all these things you promised, why is the car damaged? Shouldn’t you have known of these issues? How come you deemed the car safe when it isn’t? My attorney expressed the concern of the apparent damage and the failed safety inspections that your dealership claims to have carried out. This indicated a serious issue with Mike Smiths business practices, which put my safety at risk as well as other motorists. I have been in contact BMW North America USA, who will be working to investigate your dealership. Additionally, I have been in contact with local news stations who are working on a story to warn the public against purchasing a vehicle at Mike Smith BMW. As a consumer, I think it is more worrisome to see a dealership not own up to their mistakes, but blatantly lie. Fortunately, I have received lots of support from the community and other professionals regarding my concerns and will continuously be working to be sure this doesn’t happen to anyone else.
