Awesome dealership, received the best in customer service from salesman Peter Grosse. Got a great price on the vehicle (535xi) and since I had certain specific options and didn't want to wait for it to be bu from salesman Peter Grosse. Got a great price on the vehicle (535xi) and since I had certain specific options and didn't want to wait for it to be built, Peter was able to locate a proper match at another dealership in Suffolk. Car arrived a few days after with no problems. In the meantime I was having insurance issues from geico since they were giving me a different quote than what was originally told to me and Peter put forth the effort to contact them on more than one occasion to make sure everything was accurate with what I was originally told by geico. Could not expect anything better. Will definitely come back to this dealership in the future. More

I purchased my car from Bayside BMW and had one wonderful experience after the next with this dealer. The service department runs in such a professional manner. The service manager Marlo, is amazing. I had moved to Texas for 2 years, now am back in NY and can't think of a better dealership to deal with. Marlo makes sure that everyone gets the highest level of service in a timely and systematic way. She has a wonderful relationship with her staff which shows. I highly suggest to all of my friends to use the service department because of Marlo. It's not everyday that the manager is so helpful. In this case it is. Without a doubt I will be using them again and again! More

The truth of the matter is I would not have purchased my BMW 535xi from Bayside BMW if it were not for the exceptional service and dedication that Sean Parks shows to his customers. He went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and valued as a customer and this was way before he found the car that he knew was best for me. During my first visit to Bayside, Sean checked through his sales inventory, and found there was no car in their stock that fit my very precise criteria. However, unlike previous dealership I visited, he did not stop there. He called the CPO manager in front of me and spoke to him on speaker phone so there was complete transparency, making me fully aware that he and said manager were making it a priority to find the vehicle I desired. When I returned back to the dealership less than 2 weeks later, which would have been my last visit because I had a car on hold at another dealership, the vehicle still was not available. He took it upon himself to dig a little deeper, into the car return log what he referred to as the bible, for cars that were recently returned but may have not been ready for the sales floor. There is where he found the car that had every detail and option I was looking for. He drove me to the service center to preview the car, and I was totally pleased. I told them I wanted the car by a specific date and to my delight the car was ready and waiting at time. I am completely satisfied with the exceptional service that was offered to me at this BMW location. Hands down it was the best service and dedication I came across in my car shopping experience, and that includes the various BMW dealerships in the surrounding area. More
I'd like to take a few moments to write a few good words are Charlie Caporino who is an exceptional sales representative at BMW Bayside. I was at the end of lease and getting into a new BMW. We met Charlie and he made the experience easy and a pleasure. He went above and beyond with customer service and i recommend him to anyone looking to buy a new car. An example of his exceptional service was when i was working all day and he was trying to get me a loaner car. He did not have someone to drive the loaner over to me so he went 45 minutes out of his way to drive the car to my place of work. He treats you like family and is sincere. I never felt pressured or uncomfortable asking him questions. He returned my phone calls immediately and always found the answers i needed. Not to mention he had a great sense of humor! He always stayed late waiting for me if i ran late from work, in fact, the night we met him he stayed long after the showroom closed just to accomodate us. It is hard to find great customer service and I am extremely satisfied with BMW Bayside sales department. I will continue to be a BMW customer as long as people like Charlie continue to take the time out to make customer service their priority. Let me start by saying I have had three BMW's and this is my first from BMW of Bayside. I always went there but never was given the best deal. I never felt great leaving the dealership. But this last time I meet Larry, He took his time and went over all my options with me. Peter came out to say hello and after a 20 minutes we had a deal. Nice to meet some one from the neighborhood. The entire service department is first rate. The quality of service is second to none! My car had a state inspection, oil change, and 4 tire rotation, balance and alignment.
