Quinn Mui was a dynamic associate. He was professional, friendly, and followed up not only on the sale, which is typical, but he executed all aspects making the entire process smooth for me. I had a great experience with purchasing a brand new BMW! I purchased my car without any issues, and Charles handled all of my paperwork very quickly and efficiently. Charles C. went above and beyond to ensure that I was a happy customer by calling me periodically to check if everything was okay with my car. It was a pleasure doing business with you and I would definitely refer someone else to this dealer's location. More
on 4/6/11 I brought my car in to bmw for repair. I had white smoke coming from my exaust after idleing for a few minutes. Also my check engine oil level warning light kept going on. Also the cars oil level would be low every 2-3 weeks even after I replenished the oil levels with new oil. BMW advised me that my crank case vent valves were torn, I advised them to make the repair. I was also advised that my valve cover gaskets were leaking on both banks, I advised BMW to make this repair as well. It cost me $3,000 in total. After a few days the white smoke was back and so was the check engine oil level light. I made an appointment with BMW but, had to wait 4 weeks for a loaner, I missed my first appointments because my son was sick. I had to wait another 4 weeks for my next appointment in order to get a loaner. When I finally got my car back into BMW of bayside, the service advisor and service manager advised me (with out actually looking at my car) that there must be a new problem causing this issue and not the repairs that they had made in April. There advising me that the new problem is my "valve stem seals" and it is going to cost me $5,000. AFTER the fact that they repaired the wrong issue, I was advised by the service manager that, there are three particular causes of the white smoke/check engine oil level light issues and that they just went ahead with out advising me first, to repair the less expensive problem of the three. When they could have located the problem during their first diagnoses. Instead of paying $5,000 for a repair, I paid $3,000 and now they won't acknowledge that and want me to pay another $5,000 for the same exact problems I was having in April. My service advisor (mike) referenced not knowing me from a hole in the wall and was not there in April so he couldnt vouch for us basically. The service manager advised me that there is nothing they can do. If I want to have the car fixed I must commit to paying $5,000 more dollars. So in total I will be paying $8,000 to repair the same exact problem that they were suppose to fix! I feel swindled and taken advantage of. One problem, 2 service visits, 2 different charges. If I wanted to guess what the problem was and be wrong, I would have tried a DIY. I want them to repair the correct problem. They repaired issues with my car that did not fix my problem. They did not ever advise me that the problem they were going to repair may or may not fix my issues. I was told that they new what the problem was and that they would fix it. I trusted in professionals and they were wrong! More

Everyone at BMW Bayside was, very nice and friendly to me in helping me choose the proper car and financing agreements. My direct sales person Mr. charles Camporimo was the nicest of everyone there. He and I are almost the same age, and we took a likeing towards eachother, and probably will be friends after all of this is finished.
