10 years ago I was in the process of buying a BMW and 8 changed my mind and bought a Mercedes instead for the sole reason of the ruddiness of the many BMW sales persons I dealt with with and the kindness o changed my mind and bought a Mercedes instead for the sole reason of the ruddiness of the many BMW sales persons I dealt with with and the kindness of the Mercedes sales persons. Last month I had the same experience and again I was about to buy a Mercedes till I met this wonderful sales person named Jose Rivas in BMW Bayside. From th efirst minute he was friendly, knowlegable and helpful. He didn't push us to buy any car but rather he was trying to help us buy the car that works for us the best. He stayed several hours with us after his closing hours. He also came to meett us a day he was not scheduled to work. Frankly the mean reason I bought my 328 coupe was because of him . Not only did I get the best price by hundreds of dollars a month(I did shop around), but the level of service was such that truly unique experience.
