I walked into the wrong store at first, to be greeted by Quinn. He told me this is pre-owned, but I can help you with new he said. We drove up to the new showroom. He showed me the car I wanted and did two test drives. One with a 328xi and another with a 335xi. We got fair prices from Quinn, but being a customer I had to ask for a better price. That's when Tony came in and gives me a price I can not say no to. So we order the car. I picked it up in the hottest summer in history. The car was ready to go for me and Mr. Dellow took care of the paperwork. Quinn took me out to the car and show me around the car and that’s when I saw allot of glue marks. Quinn tries to take off with some stuff they had there, but it did not work. So he said don’t worry we going up to the detailer to get it off. We get there and I saw the best team work I ever saw, with one guy name alberto, who called some other guy and Quinn and this guy started taking off all the glue on my new car, which took almost 3 hours in over 98 degrees weather. I felted so bad for Quinn with his tie on, I told him to take it off. He said no because the V.P. of sales wants to fire me for having my tie lose or off. I love my car and I love Bayside BMW. You need to deal with Quinn, Tony and Alberto. They have a great team there. More

I used guite some time to find a good BMW that would match my quality and price expectations and I found it from BMW of Bayside. I moved to US from Finland and this is my first car in US. I called troug match my quality and price expectations and I found it from BMW of Bayside. I moved to US from Finland and this is my first car in US. I called trough probably 20 different dealers during the car hunt and there are a lot of shady players in the market who like to add all kinds of hidden costs and bad finance deals to car deal. BMW of bayside didn't have any of this suspicious activity going on. Everything was honest and straight forward. It was pleasure to do business with Quinn Muy. Honest and nice guy. As a foreigner I really recommend these guys, because there were many dealers that were not willing to sell car to me since I didn't have local drivers licence, but these guys were willing to work trough the process with me so thumbs up! Also the manager Don Masters was a professional and nice guy! More
My vehicle was brought into Bayside for a rim and tire replacement. Maybe due to miscommunication, my first appointed service advisor was unable to resolve my issue. I emailed Marlo and she replied that very night in response to my problems and said she would help. She greeted me right away when I brought in my vehicle and wrote out all the issues I needed to be dealt with. She left me a loaner and said she'll take care of everything. She kept me posted on the status of my vehicle and returned calls right away. In conclusion, when I received my vehicle again she had resolved everything and did much more. She's a great service advisor and I am grateful for her help and professionalism. If anyone ever ventures out to Bayside service, I recommend Marlo. More
This is my 3rd BMW with BMW of Bayside. I was returning my current lease 2009 coupe for a new 2012 coupe. I could not have asked for a better salesman. Charlie listened to what I wanted and found it. He got me exactly what I wanted and more, totally exceeding my expectations and I couldn't be happier. He gave me best price for more of a car than I could've imagined. I would recommend him to anyone interested in getting a new BMW. He was always available to take my calls and still checks up on my driving experience. I initially had planned to go to Rally BMW. I found myself lost and actually stopped intermediately at a BMW dealership on Northern Blvd. I did not get the welcome that I hoped for me and my wife so I myself lost and actually stopped intermediately at a BMW dealership on Northern Blvd. I did not get the welcome that I hoped for me and my wife so I decided to head back home to CT. Then just before we got on the highway back over the Throggsneck bridge we suddenly found BMW of Bayside. Immediately before I even got a chance to open the front door. I very respectable man took the lead and opened the door for me and my family. He said his name was "Don". He expectiously referred me to Conrad Theiner who quickly gave me and my family a vote of confidence that made us feel like Bayside was where we belong. Conrad was able to multi-task and provide both sales and financial assistance to me. Both Conrad and Don gave me the respect I deserve as a 25 year career military veteran. In short, because of the relationship that Conrad has established with me and my family. No matter what part of the world I go to next while in the Navy, I will always refer my comrades to BMW of bayside. I work in a business involving Sales so I am aware of the selling tactics. I have to say dealing with these two gentlemen was with ease and comfort and nothing was forced and no gimmicks. As a Consumer you must know what you want to buy before walking a BMW dealership. I knew exactly what I wanted before I walked into BMW of Bayside. All my questions were answered appropriately, I was not pursuaded to buy options I really don't need. I felt a sense of re-assurance by this team. I was allowed to test drive the car I was planning to purchase twice and on one ocassion I was allowed to drive it home into my garage to ensure it would fit (I live 5 miles from dealership). It gave me peace of mind. I added/modified the Car options three or four times before the car went into production. I applaud Peter Grosse for taking the time to redo my paperwork everytime. Thanks to Peter Turano for pushing the production date forward. I picked up my new X3 on 10/26 and the saying 'You Get What You Pay For' is so true. I have no complaints. I am very happy and love all the options I added to this Car. Peter Grosse was very attentive to my questions and I was told to stop by anytime to review the car and its features and if I needed additional training. My original intent was to buy a Pre-owned Certified but changed my mind and decided to buy a new car. Although I spent a lot more than I wanted I am so glad I did. Every BMW dealership in the NY tristate area wanted to make me a deal and wanted my business even at a lower price but I opted and chose BMW of Bayside for two reasons, (1)I live close to the dealership and (2) more importantly I was treated with respect, no mind games with a fair price. I recommend if anyone wants to purchase 'The Ultimate Driving Machine' to see these guys at BMW of Bayside. They are the 'Ultimate Sales Team'. More
