On this specific day, my car stopped fuctioning and I called Michael. He immediately reassured me and gave me the number to the BMW Towing to have them tow my car to the BMW Center. Upon arrival he calmed me and said they would diagnose the problem. Upon completion of my car he walked me to my car and reassured me if any problems please contact the BMW Center. First of all, when I walked through the door, I knew exactly what I was looking for, and the price I wanted to pay. I have to be honest, I didn't have high expectations for the price and/or deal I was g exactly what I was looking for, and the price I wanted to pay. I have to be honest, I didn't have high expectations for the price and/or deal I was going to get, but to my surprise, I ended up getting a great deal. James even convinced me to purchase the wheel/tire package as well as the additional vehicle location (security) system, 'Intercept.' This, of course, added to the monthly payment and total cost, but to my surprise, the price was still within my range because of all the incentives and deals James sought out for me. I have already blown out a tire, so the wheel/tire package has already paid off, and provided me with great peace of mind. I purchased a 2011 BMW 535i with X-drive. This was the car I wanted, model, color and options. I am overly satisfied with the car - handling, acceleration, electronics/interior, etc. The car looks great, I get great compliments, and the car (surprisingly) drives really smooth, even on 19" rims and run-flats. As far as James goes, he was very involved from the beginning throughout the sale, and has become a contact/colleague of mine as a result. I will go back to him for my next car, any issues or problems, and will recommend anyone I know in the "BMW" or "luxury" car market to not waste their time and go directly to him. James is easy to talk to, relate to, and does not come off as a car salesman. I have purchased/leased cars in the past, and as soon as I drove off the lot, I never heard from those dealers again. I have spoken to James at least 10 times since the sale regarding car questions, service and questions about customizing the car, which he is very learned on. More
