My lease was up this December and I know Charlie very well, have been doing business with him more many years. I went from driving a BMW X5 to the new gorgeous BMW X3. I have not had any problems with B well, have been doing business with him more many years. I went from driving a BMW X5 to the new gorgeous BMW X3. On this specific day, my car stopped fuctioning and I called Michael. He immediately reassured me and gave me the number to the BMW Towing to have them tow my car to the BMW Center. Upon arrival he calmed me and said they would diagnose the problem. Upon completion of my car he walked me to my car and reassured me if any problems please contact the BMW Center.
