Horrible customer service. Do not bring your bmw car here for any services. They damaged my car after leaving my 6 series for minor servicing. Someone at the dealership damaged my tow hook license plate which bent into the bumper. The service advisor Jennifer Odato was very rude and refused to take responsibility even after multiple photos were taken by bmw bayside prior to dropping off the car. Refused to repair damaged caused by the license frame after someone hit something. Only thing they offered was a free car wash. Stay away from bmw of bayside. I switched to Rallye bmw and so far had no problem. More
