This place has amazing service upon my arrival we came in for a 2006 330ci blue on tan my dream car having just retired from being a driver for over 50 yrs i know cars and had been searching for a while for for a 2006 330ci blue on tan my dream car having just retired from being a driver for over 50 yrs i know cars and had been searching for a while for just the right one and at first were very upset the location was wrong i went to a vacant lot that had a sign that said that they moved to another location i arrived there and it was the service department then they sent me to another location it was only new cars they then sent me to the used car lot which was only 2 blocks from where i had started. they had 2 strikes against them. i walked in and was immediately greeted by a young man named brian who knew exactly which car i was looking for stating that he loved driving that car with the top down. but then things went bad again when brian thought that the car might had gone to the auction or service. That was it 3rd strike we were leaving i mean what kind of run around was this. After quite a wait and me leaving for coffee. Finally the car was located it was at service were we had gone too in the first place. So we drive all the way back to service and they had the car ready when we got there. Finally my gleaming 330ci loaded and in mint condition just as i had seen it online except for one defect the cup holder had a crack in it... my wife picks up on these things. Then i didnt see brian anymore i looked around for him and he was yelling at me from across the lot we had parked in a handicap spot and i was about to get a ticket but brian spoke with the man and no $260 ticket was issued. I finally got behind the wheel of this beauty brian dropped the top put on the seat warmers on and we took it for a spin drove like a dream. The negotiation was a breeze since the advertized price was $4000 below any other bmw dealer all i asked was to replace the cup holder. Brian stated that it might be a problem because the whole middle console would have to be replaced. I returned two days later to pick the car up. the cup holder had not been fixed as agreed however Conrad explained the part was on order and i returned 3 days later and it was finally replaced. Ive bought many cars is my life time and the only difficulty in this purchase was finding where we needed to go. brian was very calming when i was getting aggravated and also a stern negotiator (parking tickets and price)but when the price is right to begin with its easy. Conrad assured me that everything would be taken care of and it was. Now ive been driving luxury cars my whole life but always for work and now finally i have my own 330ci that i will always be driving with the top down in florida. Thank you bmw bayside brian and conrad for turning my frown upside down i was seriously gonna leave when i heard that the car wasnt there and after the hoping from place to place. More

Dale was very friendly and reliable. I was an out of state buyer therefore the process was a little more trickery. I recently purchased a brand new but 2010 BMW 550xi GT from Bayside. The car has been in their stock for a while because of hail damage in summer 2011. He takes your interests very seriously and speaks for you in front of their management. When I picked up the car, Quinn unfortunately was off. So Dale Cha helped delivering the car. Dale is a very friendly and nice person with meticulous working style. I also had a great experience talking to a few other people including Jose Rivas, Don Masters, and Peter Turano.
