This dealership is very good. This is the second car I have leased through Bayside BMW and both experiences were very satisfying. The staff in the dealership is friendly yet professional. I was greeted at the door by a receptionist and she made it a point to get my name, remember it and use it every time I arrived to see my sales associate. My Sales Associate, Charles Caporimo, was very professional. He was friendly and helpful. He listened to what I had in mind for my next car and he offered suggestions. He worked with me to get the vehicle I wanted and the terms I needed. I made a decision at 10 am and my new car was ready for me to pick up at 6 pm that same evening. There was never any of the pressure that is usually associated with purchasing a car. When I went to pick up the car my sales associate spent time showing me the features and assisting me in setting up the car so I could drive off comfortably. I visited two other dealerships while shopping for my new car and I selected Bayside because I felt my sales associate was working to satisfy my requests. I have recommended the dealership to friends and I will return to them in the future. More

We have purchased many cars and I must say that this BMW car purchase was our best yet. Tony, the Sales Manager was truly exceptional to deal with and we picked up our new BMW from Burc Yurtsel who was av car purchase was our best yet. Tony, the Sales Manager was truly exceptional to deal with and we picked up our new BMW from Burc Yurtsel who was available to go over the car with us. Burc was patient and informed us of the features of our new car. He never rushed us and made our "pick up" experience what it should be -- wonderful! I had the opportunity to visit the showroom again yesterday and Burc was there to answer a few more questions about the car. I have to say, this is really what a new car purchase should be -- exciting and very comfortable from beginning to end. More
I must say Jose went the extra mile and even came In on his off day to help complete the sale of my 3 series. He was very polite and respectful, definitely a no pressure sales man. This was my first experience with BMW & I have to say it was the smoothest car buying experience I have ever had. His knowledge & passion of BMW really made me comfortable with this dealership. He never once pushed me into the customary "well if you put down a down payment today..." which made me feel at ease. He respected that when I first came in he knew I was just shopping around. He said that I should because this is not an easy decision & that to compare with other dealers. He was confident but not cocky that no one would beat his price or service, which he was 100% correct on. Mr .James Jacome made me relax from the moment I came in to Bayside. Quinn “the man”, was attentive, humorous and at the same time very professional with his job. He was able the find a car with some mileage on it but loaded with features and at a great price. Bought a 2008 X3 from 500 miles away. Communication was excellent, and the car was about as perfect as you can find in a used car. We flew in, picked up the car, spent the weekend in NYC and drove home. excellent, and the car was about as perfect as you can find in a used car. Danny told us if they get a trade that doesn't meet standards, they don't put it on their lot and that genuinely appeared to be the case. More
My new 750 Li X has been at the Bayside BMW dealer for 1 month. I have also contacted customer service at BMW USA . They haven't fixed the car, the dealer lies and misrepresents the work orders. Also, BMW USA tell you the same lies . When I went today to pick up the car, the manager refused to test drive the auto so I could see if it worked, the staff is nasty and very unprofessional. More
