I was expecting another "sales person" encounter. I had just left and tested a benz, and was so disappointed, not only in the drive of the vehicle but in the hard sell tactics I had dodged. I was introduced to Mr. James Jacome and was immediately surprised by his knowledge. He explained all of my options, answered all of my questions, and was so helpful without being pushy and obnoxious. He looked for ways to keep my payments at a reasonable amount, one I could afford and be comfortable with. I always imagined that my first car buying experience would be fun, and even though at the point I went into BMW of Bayside I was ready to give up, James was awesome. After two weeks of hard work by Service Advisor (Jen) and BMW technicians at the dealership. I will be able to pick up my car tomorrow. Jen also believes that it would be best for me not to pick up the BMW technicians at the dealership. I will be able to pick up my car tomorrow. Jen also believes that it would be best for me not to pick up the car right a way, but to test drive it to make sure that all the problems are resolved. My car is a lease. 2011 335i M-Package. There were serveral problems with the car. 1. Noise was coming out of the drivers door (too much plastic in the car). 2. Noise was coming out of the engine inside of cabine when engine temperature reached certain degree (240) to be exact. Torque Converter was identified as a problem. More
