I knew I had a good salesman when Sean agreed to wait for me to get off work, even though he was off. The dealership honored the internet price, when I got there. He paired my phone with the bluetooth, programmed my address into the navigation system, showed me how to play my ipod through the idrive system, and much more. Every request that I made was met. James was great to work with and since this was my first BMW it was important that I had a salesperson who took the time to understand my needs and work with me. He was upfront and honest. I was expecting another "sales person" encounter. I had just left and tested a benz, and was so disappointed, not only in the drive of the vehicle but in the hard sell tactics I had dodged. I was introduced to Mr. James Jacome and was immediately surprised by his knowledge. He explained all of my options, answered all of my questions, and was so helpful without being pushy and obnoxious. He looked for ways to keep my payments at a reasonable amount, one I could afford and be comfortable with. I always imagined that my first car buying experience would be fun, and even though at the point I went into BMW of Bayside I was ready to give up, James was awesome.
