Now that James sells BMW’s, I drive a BMW. That’s the difference between James and other salesman. When James puts his stamp of approval on something, you know it is a quality product. The seamless transition, and lack of any issue or problem even though the car had been delivered a month earlier is one small example of why BMW of Bayside is a reliable and trustworthy place to do business. They also have a terrific service department. Everyone there is friendly and seems to go the extra mile whenever they can. More

I knew I had a good salesman when Sean agreed to wait for me to get off work, even though he was off. The dealership honored the internet price, when I got there. He paired my phone with the bluetooth, programmed my address into the navigation system, showed me how to play my ipod through the idrive system, and much more. Every request that I made was met. James was great to work with and since this was my first BMW it was important that I had a salesperson who took the time to understand my needs and work with me. He was upfront and honest.
