The most personabe and genuine individual we've encountered. Marty made sure that every step leading up to us picking up the car went perfect. Our daughter is estatic and he made her first experience buying a car a real positive one. He treated her with respect and as a young adult. He thoroughly and patiently explained all the features of the car. As she drove away last night with her very first car, she could not say enough about Marty. We've had a real positive experience, even better than the first two. Our purhcase went well because Marty took the time to work with us and understand our concerns. Along with John, who is the Manager in the pre owned division, they made this dream come true for our daughter. We look forward to future BMW purchases and once again say thank you to both Marty and John. More

From the moment I stepped in the door, the staff from the receptionist to the general manager, to the sales person were all very attentive and helpful. They answered every and any question I had with complet receptionist to the general manager, to the sales person were all very attentive and helpful. They answered every and any question I had with complete detail. I feel like it wasn't just business, they made me feel like a friend. I'm very happy with their service and will be recommending Frank Allen and Burc to anyone I know who would be interested in a BMW in the future. More

In all a Words cannot describe how much of a difference Burc Yurtsel and manager Anthony Natale BMW of Bayside made into leasing my third BMW. In all actually I recently left Rallye BMW of Westbury and was ready to lease an Audi or Mercedes Benz this year. But if it wasn’t for Burc’s great salesmanship, level of understanding and him going above and beyond his duty to help get what my wife and I wanted we would have gone somewhere else. Again, I emphasize how much Burc was the chief difference in me continuing to lease with BMW, rather than with Audi or Mercedes Benz. I particularly liked it when he made time for my wife and I in regards to whatever we needed. Even with casual conversation, we sensed a great level of trust, compassion, and understanding with Burc. We felt very comfortable around Burc. Even on his days off, he made sure that if we happen to stop by the dealership for any other matter, he made sure that there was someone that would take care of us in his absence. Besides the fact the he gave us his business card and saying you can call me for anything, Burc Yurtsel of BMW of Bayside REALLY means it. Let me explain; I never had a salesman call ever so often like Burc to just say how is the new car? Or; do you need anything else? Even if he doesn’t get to me, he leaves a detailed message expressing his availability. And furthermore, if that’s not good enough he sends a courtesy text message as well. If BMW of North America can say a “Floor” salesman does all this, then a standing ovation to BMW. But from my previous BMW salesman experience, no one even comes close, or better yet, no other salesmen are comparable to Burc! Every salesman’s technique and etiquette should emulate what Burc Yurtsel does. Another great experience I must say that exemplifies how Burc goes above and beyond for his customers was when I said that there were small rusty particles I noticed in the front bumper of my new car. I immediately brought it back to him even after I washing it. And what does Burc do, he goes and gets a compound and a microfiber cloth and buffers it all off by himself! What salesman you know would roll up their sleeves, get down on their knees on a hot day and buff a bumper themselves. AMAZING! And if that’s not enough, he further adds that when I service my vehicle next he says that if I am not completely satisfied the service department can go further and mechanically buff or touch up the front bumper if I wanted to. That was very comforting to know. Words are not enough to describe how much Burc’s whole demeanor and level servitude are to his customers. As you know I believe that customer satisfaction is what will separate BMW to all other competitors. A salesperson like Burc is what will redefine BMW and really set the benchmark for the TRUE Ultimate Driving Machine “experience”. Because when you can couple an individual/salesman like Burc with BMW; your actually company will essentially leave other competitors behind. Words cannot describe enough how much Burc goes above and beyond his actual duty. He exemplifies unparalled service excellence, stands by customer satisfaction, uncanny interpersonal skills, and unsurpassed level of understanding. In conclusion, I hope that Burc gets recognized for all his valiant efforts that surely goes un-noticed. And I know why it can go un-noticed, because its what Burc does on a regular basis. i recently visit Bmw bayside for service on my BMW M6 i recently visit Bmw bayside for service on my BMW M6 Jennifer was the one who helped me with everything , it was a pleasure dealing with Jennife i recently visit Bmw bayside for service on my BMW M6 Jennifer was the one who helped me with everything , it was a pleasure dealing with Jennifer she was nice and friendly and so PROFESSIONAL, she knows everything there is to know about your BMW vehicle she always call back and update you on whats going on with your vehicle unlike others that make you call and chase them all day and you still dont get an answer or a call back... i would like to start off by saying what a great sales person i had come across at BMW of Bayside. Quinn is a fantastic person and it was a pleasure to work with him. he answered all my questions and made person i had come across at BMW of Bayside. Quinn is a fantastic person and it was a pleasure to work with him. he answered all my questions and made me feel so comfortable when it came down to buying a car. My family and I had came in to look for a bmw x5. I'll be honest we were not interested in purchasing a car at the time. However, we just came to look around. Quinn approached me and brought great knowledge about the vehicle i was interested in. He took his time and helped me find the right vehicle with the specifications i requested. He also worked with me with the pricing for the car. Initially I didn't want to jump right away into purchasing the first car i seen so i went to rally bmw to find another vehicle for a good price. However the salesman at rally did not seem interested in working with my family on purchasing a car. Neither did he even try on working on an acceptable price. so i figured i might as well go back to where i felt most comfortable which was bmw of bayside. As i went back Quinn did his best to accommodate my families needs and also made us a happy buyer. We proceeded with our transaction and bought the car. Everyone at the dealership was very helpful and made the process seems easier then ever. After the transaction was over we had to come back to pick up the car the very next day, so the dealership can have time to clean the car and do what ever service was needed. Now the very next day the story begins to get interesting. we arrive at the dealership happier then ever to pick up the car. As we arrived we were told that the car had some finishing touches that need to be made before we could get the car. i found it to be acceptable and did not mind waiting. As time passed by the salesman came to us and told us that the machine to inspect the car is not working and that we would not be able to get the car. right away i was upset because i felt that the dealership had more then enough time to prepare the car before we come to pick it up. I felt as if i had wasted my time and day by coming to the dealership. i just wished they were able to communicate a little better to have an understanding of what was going on so that way they could of called me and told me not to come, therefore, i wouldn't had wasted my time. The sales manager approached us and apologized for the inconvenience and as upset as i was i understand there was nothing he could possibly do. The sales manager even tried to accommodate us by giving us a loaner. In addition, the sales manager told me that there was a problem with one of the sensors so the car was unable to pass inspection. At that moment i was confused because i was told that there was something wrong with the inspection machine not the car!! so i don't know exactly what the real story was behind everything. However, as eager as i was to pick up the car i had no choice but to postpone the pick up for another day. i greatly appreciate the sales managers effort on trying to accommodate our needs. The very next day, we were told to come by and pick up the car again. This time the sales person (Quinn) whom i had bought the car from was not present and they had another salesman named Jose who took over and tried his best to pick up where Quinn had left off. Lost as he was, Jose did his best to help us out and he even went out of his way to pick up the car from great neck where it was serviced and brought it to the dealership where i can pick it up. When i finally picked up the car, the car had half a tank of gas, a deep scratch on the front bumper and another scratch on the rear back bumper which needed to be addressed because i was told they would of taken care of it before i picked up the car. After i jumped in the car and began to drive it home, Jose ran up from behind the car and stopped me just to tell me that i had to pay $450.00 to pick up the car which was NOT addressed during the entire transaction. this caught me off guard. I ended up paying the $450.00 and picked up the car with the scratches and half tank of gas as if i had any other choice. i just wanted to point out that although there were complications, Jose did a phenomenal job in helping me out and addressing the issues. The next day i had to make an appointment with the service center to address the issues. From my perspective, everyone at the service center was extremely helpful and nice. The only problem is its hard to get in contact with the service advisors. Overall, the service department was phenomenal and so was Jose. I would like to thank everyone at BMW of bayside for their great efforts and also for truly making this a great experience. More
