I went to bayside a couple of weeks ago to buy a certified used bmw528xi I was greeted by Ross Lubell from the start. He was very good and took care of me and my grandmother the whole time. I was looking for a certified pre-owned BMW, made my appointment and met with Ross Lubell. He worked with all day, transported me to my bank, offered me lunch -- what more can I say. He was informative,considerate and never once tried to pressure me into a car not right for me. Jose is one of the most genuine person I have ever came across in sales. He is honest and straight to the point. Me and my husband bought our first BMW through Jose May of last year (2011). We actually wen across in sales. He is honest and straight to the point. Me and my husband bought our first BMW through Jose May of last year (2011). We actually went back about two weeks ago to the dealership to add a warranty to our car and my husband fell in love with another car in the show room. After debating on whether or not he wanted to trade, a few dealers came up to us asking if they could help but because we had such a great experience with Jose. We asked to speak to him. He was not in the office at the time so my husband decided that we would come back to speak to him. We went back two days later and as soon as Jose saw us he came straight up to us and was like how are you doing. We were impressed that he remembered our names. A lot of these dealers are only in to make a sale but Jose actually make relationships with all of his customers. Adam who helped with the financing of the car was extremely helpful as well.In conclusion we traded in the car and was very happy with the price Jose worked out for us. I highly recommend him and we will be seeing him again when we decide to trade or buy another. More
