As always I am thrilled with my experience. My car is out of warranty but I continue to bring it back because of the outstanding customer service. This is by far the worst bmw dealership in the state of new work!!! We had been combing the internet (locally and nationally) and found exactly what we were looking for at BMW of Bayside. He took extra pictures of the car calm my fears of any damage not evident in the dealer photos. His quote to me was "You will be talking about the "old-guy" from New York years from now and how he treated you right"--well he is correct! We bought a one-way ticket from Chadron, Nebraska to New York where Steve graciously picked up my husband from the air port and gave hime a memorable ride back to the dealership. Steve was even kind enough to document through pictures my husband even driving off the lot with our new car and e-mailed them to me.
