My sales person, Mr. Takacs was extremely knowledgeable, professional and helpful. He made me feel extremely comfortable and explained the various options to me with extreme patience. When I went to pick up the car he had taken care of all of the details and set up all of the features in the car for me. Even after the car was delivered he was extremely responsive to my questions and he even called a few days later to make sure that I was happy and that i wasn't having any issues. He made my experience very favorable. I would definitely purchase another vehicle from him. However, I will say I was surpised that the show room was so dirty the carpet was filthy as well as the bathroom. On my few visits each time the bathroom had no toilet paper, no soap and no paper towels. When you are spending a lot of money on car or even if it was $10,000 that is unexceptable. Luckily, my sales person offered me hand sanitizer and offered his apologies but, that is inexcusible on managements part. More

They offer a ride from your home to the service center but they are over an hour late from the promised pick up time after many calls to see th Neck. If your car is out of warrantee they suggest all types of work whether it needs it or not. Their prices are way over other bmw dealers. They keep your car over at least one night. The service coordinators must be on commission. The place is dirty and unprofessional. It's worth going to another dealer like Ralley even if you have to travel for it. More
