Came in to buy a new BMW. Salesman said he would work on my trade and get back to me, but never did. Instead I got a form email from the dealer without the information he was getting for me. Two days later I sent an email to the salesman and told him to never get in touch with me again because I don't want to work with someone that doesn't follow up when he says he will. I would still like to purchase a car from this dealer but only with another salesman who is willing to make a deal happen. More

I regret not to have any salespeople name that were outside smoking and completely ignored us when we walked in. The only friendly person was a the desk who asked 3 different salespersons to help us an outside smoking and completely ignored us when we walked in. This never happened. We went Wed July 24th around 7:30pm. Needless to say we walked out and went to Lexus of Manhattan now we own a 2014 Lexus IS250. It is the worst experience ever. 2013 and still people judging for how people look. I will not recommend this place to anyone. More

My sales person, Mr. Takacs was extremely knowledgeable, professional and helpful. He made me feel extremely comfortable and explained the various options to me with extreme patience. When I went to pick up the car he had taken care of all of the details and set up all of the features in the car for me. Even after the car was delivered he was extremely responsive to my questions and he even called a few days later to make sure that I was happy and that i wasn't having any issues. He made my experience very favorable. I would definitely purchase another vehicle from him. However, I will say I was surpised that the show room was so dirty the carpet was filthy as well as the bathroom. On my few visits each time the bathroom had no toilet paper, no soap and no paper towels. When you are spending a lot of money on car or even if it was $10,000 that is unexceptable. Luckily, my sales person offered me hand sanitizer and offered his apologies but, that is inexcusible on managements part. More
