Never been to any BMW service center that was this horrible. I've been a BMW owner for 15+ years and have never experienced this level of disregard. My car was left at the service center for over 10 days, no one called to tell me the car was ready. Someone at the service center even sent me an email to let me know that my loaner was overdue and needed to be returned. You have time to email me to let me know that my loaner is overdue but can't tell me that my car is ready for pick up? The phone just rings and rings when you try to call. Called for several days and no one answered. Will not be going back to this location ever. More
