Was working with another dealership and decided to give bayside another shot. I was set up with Luis who turned out to be absolutely amazing. He took me on a very lengthy and thorough test drive of the vehicle. He explained every feature in full detail to ensure I understood what I was getting. The negotiations were as expected. It's a business and who goes into business to lose money. I get it. Negotiations are part of the excitement for me. We hit a few roadblocks at which point I had no choice but to walk away. After a few phone calls Luis was able to work some magic and make a deal happen. As I have stated in an email to their general manager. Luis went above and beyond. He is an asset to the BMW name. He's very laid back. But also passionate about providing excellent client service. Highly recommended. Looking forward to doing business again in the future More
