Bad experience I purchased my x5 on December 29 2016 and we are at April 4th 2017 and I still haven't received the registration card .They did not even offered me a I purchased my x5 on December 29 2016 and we are at April 4th 2017 and I still haven't received the registration card .They did not even offered me a loaner instead the slap a non valid registration on my car to drive illegally. I was pulled over by law enforcement but release because I didn't know that I was committing a infraction by driving with this temporary card illegally giving to me by the dealer. 2nd car from bayside BMW. Luis is the man!!! This is my second lease from BMW bayside. My first go around was ok at best. Was working with another dealership and decided to give bayside another shot. I was set up with Luis who turned out to be absolutely amazing. He took me on a very lengthy and thorough test drive of the vehicle. He explained every feature in full detail to ensure I understood what I was getting. The negotiations were as expected. It's a business and who goes into business to lose money. I get it. Negotiations are part of the excitement for me. We hit a few roadblocks at which point I had no choice but to walk away. After a few phone calls Luis was able to work some magic and make a deal happen. As I have stated in an email to their general manager. Luis went above and beyond. He is an asset to the BMW name. He's very laid back. But also passionate about providing excellent client service. Highly recommended. Looking forward to doing business again in the future More
