Excellent service I have just recently closed out a deal and leased a new BMW from the Bayside dealership. The staff is welcoming and my salesperson Dominique Denis was I have just recently closed out a deal and leased a new BMW from the Bayside dealership. The staff is welcoming and my salesperson Dominique Denis was very attentive and helped me choose the right car and features. He answered emails and phone calls promptly and the service was better than other dealerships I have been to in the past. Now that I have the car I am very happy with the choice and will definitely be back to Bayside. Overall pleased! More

They don't care about you or your car. Don't trust them. The worst car experience I have ever had. Came in not needed any repairs, spent $1500 and my car was more damaged then when I brought it in, I am high The worst car experience I have ever had. Came in not needed any repairs, spent $1500 and my car was more damaged then when I brought it in, I am highly unsatisfied with the service at bayside BMW. I came in for a routine check on my vehicle as I had received an email from the DMV stating that I had recalls on my vehicle specifically. When I got there I was informed (by Melissa) that I did not have any recalls but there were parts that needed to be repaired such as my control arm and brakes. I was informed that the repairs wouldn't take long (about 2 days) and was given a quote for my full repairs ($1,300). I called several times about the states of my car and never received a call back. I received a call 5 day later to pick up my vehicle and was not given an update during that time. When I picked up my car the original quote had increased (to $1,500)and my vehicle was not washed and the car was driving poorly. I immediately contacted Melissa as soon as I get home and let her know that the car was driving weird and I was going on vacation and could not bring the vehicle back until I returned. I kept in contact with Melissa and was able to come back for a check as to why the car was not driving well. I was then informed by George that there are more repairs that needed to be done on the vehicle and the technicians told Melissa during the first repair. I however was never informed during the first repair or after nor while I was in contact with melissa. I still am not sure what is wrong with my vehicle and have been advised that I have to wait until the original agent comes back from vacation this is very inconvenient for me as I do use my vehicle to go to work and haven't been able to use it since it has been driving poorly. I truly believe that I was not advise correctly and that I was not cared for while I was at Bayside BMW. This was my first time ever repairing my vehicle at an authorized dealer I am not sure if there will be a second . Two days later I called Melissa at BMW bayside she just came back from vacation ( my car has been there for 5 days at this point). Telling me that my strut has gone bad and it would be a $2500 repair . Between the time of the first repair and second drop off I did not drive the car. So I was confused as how my strut went bad the day I pick up the car and how this issue was over looked. Melissa proceed to tell me that it was possible that the strut was over looked. So now I am stuck with a vechicle ther is not in driving condition and I have spent $1,500 on repairs that weren't necessary and I still have a car that need more work and now I have to car. I would have preferred to repair the more important part and I thought that taking my car to BMW I would be advised better. But they don't care. Between my two visits BMW bayside has had my car for going on 11 days this is unexpectable. CALLED THE SERVICE MANAGER ANGELO five times and never received a call back. Don't not go to BMW BAYSIDE AT ALL. - Janel More

Came to lease a car. Wasn't taken seriously Such a disappointing visit last Sunday. We have 3 BMW's in our household and our last 335xi was leased through BMW Bayside back in 2014. I came in las Such a disappointing visit last Sunday. We have 3 BMW's in our household and our last 335xi was leased through BMW Bayside back in 2014. I came in last Sunday specifically to lease a new 5 series because mine was coming due in 3 months and I kept receiving letters from Habberstad BMW in Huntington. Figured I'd stop back in to see if I could get into a new car. Checked in at the information kiosk (very nice receptionist) and Denis came to help us. Introduced ourselves and then sat us down. 2 minutes later, he asked me for my name again to get my information... Really? Told Denis everything I was looking for in a 5 series and to see if we could locate or order a car. In a span of 5 minutes, he built it on the BMW website, ran the numbers on the site itself, and told me my lease is going to be high 800's per month...as if I didn't know how to surf BMWusa.com myself. I said "oh okay, that seems a bit high for a 530. Are there any incentive programs available?" He replies, "no discounts on it. It's a brand new car man, we can't get them." I said that's a big price difference with like a comparable E class sedan. He replies, "yeah, I don't know why their programs are so good." ...With that, we got up and drove down another 3 miles on Northern Blvd, went into Helms Bros MB, and put a deposit on a 2017 E class and brought it home today. Thank you for your recommendation. We came to buy a car and BMW Bayside took no time or effort to make us feel welcomed, or even appreciated as repeat customers. I don't think he even took the time to find out that we were repeat customers. I wanted a 5 series really badly, but at the end of the day, at least the other dealership made us feel important for the money we were spending. When our X5 comes due in October, we're not coming to you for sure. Perhaps a sales manager present on Sunday would have helped us get something done. More

GOOD LUCK FIRST TIME THERE--SAT WITHOUT SEEING AN ADVISER FOR 1/2 HOUR--REALIZED SOMETHING WRONG--HAD TO WAIT OVER TWO HOURS FOR A SCHEDULED OIL CHANGE--EVEN T FIRST TIME THERE--SAT WITHOUT SEEING AN ADVISER FOR 1/2 HOUR--REALIZED SOMETHING WRONG--HAD TO WAIT OVER TWO HOURS FOR A SCHEDULED OIL CHANGE--EVEN THE CAR WASH WAS SO POOR I HAD TO GO TO ANOTHER CAR WASH TO FINISH WHAT THEY STARTED! TRIED TO CONTACT MANAGEMENT VIA PHONE CALLS AND EMAILS. NO RESPONSE SO HAVE NO CHOICE BUT TO SHARE MY EXPERIENCE. HOPE I NEVER NEED SERVICE FOR AN ACTUAL REPAIR More
