I purchased a pre owner Honda Civic upon delivery of the car the back deck brake light didn't work, the check tire pressure alert was on, I think these are items that would be reviewed a upon delivery of the car the back deck brake light didn't work, the check tire pressure alert was on, I think these are items that would be reviewed and corrected during the NYS inspection. Also, there was no trunk deck cover over the spare tire and no floor mats. When I went to the gas station to add air to the tires I noticed they are very worn and I will most likely have to replace them soon. Flo was very nice and professional. I have no issues with him, and I would recommend him to anyone interested in purchasing a BMW. I do however, have issues with the service department and how they prepared the car for delivery. More
