Came to lease a car. Wasn't taken seriously Such a disappointing visit last Sunday. We have 3 BMW's in our household and our last 335xi was leased through BMW Bayside back in 2014. I came in last Sunday specifically to lease a new 5 series because mine was coming due in 3 months and I kept receiving letters from Habberstad BMW in Huntington. Figured I'd stop back in to see if I could get into a new car. Checked in at the information kiosk (very nice receptionist) and Denis came to help us. Introduced ourselves and then sat us down. 2 minutes later, he asked me for my name again to get my information... Really? Told Denis everything I was looking for in a 5 series and to see if we could locate or order a car. In a span of 5 minutes, he built it on the BMW website, ran the numbers on the site itself, and told me my lease is going to be high 800's per month...as if I didn't know how to surf BMWusa.com myself. I said "oh okay, that seems a bit high for a 530. Are there any incentive programs available?" He replies, "no discounts on it. It's a brand new car man, we can't get them." I said that's a big price difference with like a comparable E class sedan. He replies, "yeah, I don't know why their programs are so good." ...With that, we got up and drove down another 3 miles on Northern Blvd, went into Helms Bros MB, and put a deposit on a 2017 E class and brought it home today. Thank you for your recommendation. We came to buy a car and BMW Bayside took no time or effort to make us feel welcomed, or even appreciated as repeat customers. I don't think he even took the time to find out that we were repeat customers. I wanted a 5 series really badly, but at the end of the day, at least the other dealership made us feel important for the money we were spending. When our X5 comes due in October, we're not coming to you for sure. Perhaps a sales manager present on Sunday would have helped us get something done. More

Bad experience I purchased my x5 on December 29 2016 and we are at April 4th 2017 and I still haven't received the registration card .They did not even offered me a I purchased my x5 on December 29 2016 and we are at April 4th 2017 and I still haven't received the registration card .They did not even offered me a loaner instead the slap a non valid registration on my car to drive illegally. I was pulled over by law enforcement but release because I didn't know that I was committing a infraction by driving with this temporary card illegally giving to me by the dealer. Was working with another dealership and decided to give bayside another shot. I was set up with Luis who turned out to be absolutely amazing. He took me on a very lengthy and thorough test drive of the vehicle. He explained every feature in full detail to ensure I understood what I was getting. The negotiations were as expected. It's a business and who goes into business to lose money. I get it. Negotiations are part of the excitement for me. We hit a few roadblocks at which point I had no choice but to walk away. After a few phone calls Luis was able to work some magic and make a deal happen. As I have stated in an email to their general manager. Luis went above and beyond. He is an asset to the BMW name. He's very laid back. But also passionate about providing excellent client service. Highly recommended. Looking forward to doing business again in the future More
