Service extraordinaire- Jen Odato I bought my previous BMW in Pittsburgh and when I moved to Great Neck in 2013, I was worried about finding a service center that would treat me well. I bought my previous BMW in Pittsburgh and when I moved to Great Neck in 2013, I was worried about finding a service center that would treat me well. Jen has been the best service agent I have ever had for a BMW or any car over my 40 years of driving. When I decided to trade in for a new car I chose a BMW and Bayside because of this experience in general and specifically with Jennifer.
