She call me back on Monday and asked me if I had any follow-up questions I informed her that no one ever called me. She stated she would have a manager contact me back in 20 minutes sure enough no one didn't call me back within 20 minutes. Later today Peter called me and told me I'm not sure why they keep on calling you for when the car was sold on Saturday. Wow I can't believe you just said that to me I informed him I contacted them on Thursday and he basically did not care about any customer service just to basically tell me go to xxxx we don't need your business. He stated he was a little Indian and is nothing he can do. I can't believe this dealership is a BMW dealership nothing of a luxury experience I will definitely be writing a letter to BMW corporate on my experience at this dealership. This place is run more like a used car dealership I would recommend not going to this dealership for everything. More

Shirley is the best~!! I have been leasing BMWs with Shirley for almost 20 years. Since Shirley knows exactly what I want, I do not need to expain to her what I need at all. I have been leasing BMWs with Shirley for almost 20 years. Since Shirley knows exactly what I want, I do not need to expain to her what I need at all. At the end of each lease term, all I have to do is switch my car with a new lease. This year, it took me one phone call with her for about 10 minutes and she took care of my lease right away. And I picked up my new car with a new lease the next day. She took care of my lease so promtly, briefly, and efficiently with no hassles at all. She also knows exactly how much I can afford. She is very sharp, smart, and extremely efficient. All my friends are shocked at her efficiency. Although some of my friends recommeded me to lease other cars, I will always stick to Bayside BMW dealership as long as Shirley takes care of my lease. Since I met Shirley, I do not worry about cars any more. For a woman, a choice of a car can be very stressful; but, with Shirley's help, I am stress free about cars. I hope Shirley stays with Bayside BMW dealership for a long long time~~! If anybody wants to buy or lease a car, Shirley is on top of my list. Thanks a lot Shirley~!!
