Worst Sale department I place an inquiry through edmunds.com and Samantha called me back same day. She call me back on Monday and asked me if I had any follow-up questions I informed her that no one ever called me. She stated she would have a manager contact me back in 20 minutes sure enough no one didn't call me back within 20 minutes. Later today Peter called me and told me I'm not sure why they keep on calling you for when the car was sold on Saturday. Wow I can't believe you just said that to me I informed him I contacted them on Thursday and he basically did not care about any customer service just to basically tell me go to xxxx we don't need your business. He stated he was a little Indian and is nothing he can do. I can't believe this dealership is a BMW dealership nothing of a luxury experience I will definitely be writing a letter to BMW corporate on my experience at this dealership. This place is run more like a used car dealership I would recommend not going to this dealership for everything. More

Exceptional!!!! I walked into the dealership with no expectations of buying a BMW other than my brother telling me to go check out a new BMW because he currently owns I walked into the dealership with no expectations of buying a BMW other than my brother telling me to go check out a new BMW because he currently owns a BMW X5 and he loves it and he loves the great service that comes with buying one. So I walked in and I was greeted by Mr. Cedeno who was not pushy like other salespeople calmly asked us what we were looking for and the options that I needed in the vehicle. I gave him all my information and he found the perfect fit for me which was the 3 series BMW the price was right whether I wanted to lease or finance gave me all the information I needed , offered us a test drive and I told him I needed to think about it and he said no worries heres my card and let me know when your ready.... well guess what Im driving my new BMW thanks to Fernando!!!! Every dealership needs salespeople like him !!!! More

Everything went accordingly, I went first to the dealership checked out some cars but nothing grabbed my attention. I viewed the website and saw the car that I wanted and Dennis had it ready for me to view. That’s what I liked the most .Also finance department made it comfortable for me going over the numbers and I didn’t feel pressured or rushed. Shout out to finance department as well. More
