Jennifer Odato , service advisor, provide me with the most exceptional and Professional customer Service. She kept me posted with the vehicles mechanics as well as making some necessary recommendations. The shop Forman, Nick Rovello, introduced himself and provided me his professional and knowledgeable recommendations as well, towards the vehicles maximum performance. I will continue using BMW of Bayside as my service station, just for the caring and exceptional customer service. More
