Made owning a BMW Miserasble Custom ordered 2 new Cars in 2016 (For the 2017 model year) Were promised back up cams- were not included incorrect tires came on one vehicle- did n Custom ordered 2 new Cars in 2016 (For the 2017 model year) Were promised back up cams- were not included incorrect tires came on one vehicle- did not help to rectify We purchased a skirt for the F31 wagon- it was installed crooked and damaged- Took a year and involvement with corporate to rectify Service has been the most stressful part- They do not tell you - Tires wear out in 20k- NOT COVERED (AWD CAR) - Needs alignment every 10k- NOT COVERED- and if not performed- voids tire warranty - there were too many issues to list in 3 years - Jennifer never returned a phone call for 2 weeks- was advised she would be a covering service advisor while Greg was absent- Waited 2 weeks for Greg to return to speak about an incorrect alignment..Jen never called We went to sales to speak about possibly purchasing 2 new cars- They kept sending us deals for the cars we did not want, also did not responding to emails or requests Gave them EVERY opportunity to succeed- We spent 140k to deal with stress, poor service and poor communication We are not saying BMW is bad- but this dealership/ Service dept is for the bird The staff would pick up other client calls while we were in service waiting- and request them to call back later- while there were no other clients present but us- and they were showing each other you tube videos They were rude and the furthest thing from prompt. After 3 years- we have had enough- Went to a dealer with superior ratings- that worked to obtain and maintain our business. This is not to promote another manufacturer- but explain some of the reasons we strayed from BMW Lasty- After being billed incorrectly from a previous maintenance- They help me hostage until they received their amount in error- There was no problem paying the bill- but it was handled rudely and poorly- made out as if i had made some mistake- Ruined the BMW experience to the point where we would rather not own one More

I hate haggling and prefer to have most details worked out before an in person visit. I entered the dealership with trepidation as my previous experiences with other dealerships were simply dreadful. Shirley was efficient, friendly and straight to the point. Priscilla was patient, helpful, and very prompt in all of our communications. The whole experience was so painless and uneventful it was surreal. Words can't express how happy I am with the exemplary services I've received so far. Four thumbs up if I had two sets of hands. poor customer service and professionalism have an appointment for 8/12/19 2:15pm with Michael Krulewich. my husband got there and was said he is a walk in and was given to Jennifer. dealt with have an appointment for 8/12/19 2:15pm with Michael Krulewich. my husband got there and was said he is a walk in and was given to Jennifer. dealt with as a walk in even though we have an appointment and car was not worked on until 8/13/19. called to speak with the advisor forwarded to a voicemail. tried to speak with the manager in regards to my complaint several times and manager wont even go to the phone and was told he will call in the afternoon. this is how they deal with complain leave you you waiting upto the day ends and not speak with you despite you called several times and first thing in the morning. Indicating that customer was really not happy with the service. note this is not the first time we have been there. so after several visits and only now a customer is going to complain indicates the customer is not usually to complain. to add we asked for Anthony and they didn't let us know first hand that the person is not with them anymore but told us he have no availability so they will have to assign us to a new advisor. no honesty upfront. More

My initial experience with BMW didn't go as planned as I visited a different BMW dealership on Long Island, south shore. My perception shifted soon after meeting with Scott and then Chris in finance. Scott was welcoming and ready to assist me pick out a car to my liking. He was very knowledgeable and answered my questions with ease. After finally identifying the vehicle I wanted Scott and Chris went over and beyond to ensure that I walked out with my new car the BMW X3. I appreciated their honesty as they were both knowledgeable in their respected areas of expertise. Scott and Chris thank you again for your patience, honesty and great service. And thank you Russ for making the initial call and getting me to just take a look (lol)I am now a proud owner of my first BMW! More

I wanted to write this review because when I called Sean about a new lease he took such care of my wife and I. Sean not only knows his stuff and proudly represents BMW he is patient, friendly and professional and there is never any pressure to make a deal. My wife and myself will never go anywhere else, but to Sean! Also a shout out to David the Genius who patiently went over all the features of the car. On 6/8/2019 - Picked up my New 2019 X5 M Sport BMW I want to start by saying if you want the Awesome experience I had purchasing my BMW just ask fo On 6/8/2019 - Picked up my New 2019 X5 M Sport BMW I want to start by saying if you want the Awesome experience I had purchasing my BMW just ask for James Clemmons and for Tech help with your car ask for Andrew he was very patient and knowledgeable. I have had bad experiences at dealer ships in the past and wasn't sure about going to BMW of Bayside after reading all the reviews but I wanted to see and feel the vibe myself so we went one Saturday afternoon in May. I walked in and not more than 5 min when James walked up to us and offered to help us and answer any questions we may have. He has a great personality and was truthful even to the end, when I was signing the lease paperwork and had a question about a warranty, he was busy but made time for me. He even ordered our car in order to give us the car we wanted. We had to wait a few weeks but it was well worth it. I look forward to my future relationship with James and BMW Family. We will be visiting James and the BMW Family next Saturday to pick up our Wheel Locks. James ordered them for us to keep our tires safe. I have confidence that he will look out for you and make sure you are happy as well. I will keep you updated on how my visit goes. Maria & Donna Stanga More
