BMW BAYSIDE said they would return our lease for us when we picked up our new car. They kept it for 3 months put over 300 miles on it damaged the tire . Now we are stuck with a bill for holding the truck af we picked up our new car. They kept it for 3 months put over 300 miles on it damaged the tire . I spoke with Greg Katehis and explained to him my situation, he welcomed me with open arms and told me to bring the car in. 2 days later I was back on the road, its great to find a SA and a Dealership that are willing to listen and understand your pain points and then addresses them, thats what Bayside did.
