I have had the pleasure of dealing with george for the past few years with my 2017 X5 and now my 20 Shoutout to George Fan @ BMW Parts and Service. I have had the pleasure of dealing with george for the past few years with my 2017 X5 and now my 2020 X3M. I have never had a complaint about the service. George is always very helpful and transparent. He responds to my inquiries and addresses all of my concerns with the utmost professionalism. I recently had an issue with my X3m which required some warranty work to be performed. I had to deal with a few people to show what the issue was. I won't go into detail about that, however George took the ball and ran it into the endzone. Most of the time i get stuck dealing with people who i have to help carry the ball to the 1 yard line, and they run it in for the TD. Not george. He got my request approved by corporate and management. He had me in a loaner ASAP and arranged to have my car taken care of immediately. Throughout the process, george kept me up to date and informed. took a little while due to a snowstorm, but im happy to say im back in my car, and couldn't be happier. thank you George! Thanks for getting it done, and thanks for always being top notch! More

Terrible service is you have a car that you care about. They treat every car poorly. I received my car back with black grease on my opal white seats , the second time I asked them to cover the seats please They treat every car poorly. I received my car back with black grease on my opal white seats , the second time I asked them to cover the seats please and they brushed me off saying “yea yea we got it “ and I got the car back again with dirty seats and scratched center console. I spoke to Angelo lianus and he tried to say that’s how he received the cat until I showed him my walk around video of the car prior to it being inducted for service. He was dumbfounded and said if you don’t like our service don’t bring your car here. I told him , I bring my car to a bmw service center for you to preserve my car not ruin it. This guy Angelo liangus is a jerk. When I called to speak with Angelo Wendy ng gave me the run around and treated me poorly because of my first initial complaint.
