I have had my car serviced before at Motor Werks, and generally it has been just satisfactory. I recently had my car serviced, with many engine related problems. I was not kept informed of the progress b generally it has been just satisfactory. I recently had my car serviced, with many engine related problems. I was not kept informed of the progress being made and the final amount to be paid was way off of the estimate. Ther service advisor had a terrible attitude and was not willing to work with me on my situation. I do not recommed Motor Werks, and my service needs will be handled at another dealership. More

I've had really good experiences in the past, but my last visit was truly subpar. They kept my car for 10 days to basically repair a broken window, and they failed to make all the repairs I had asked f last visit was truly subpar.
