Had a 8:30am appointment for a oil change and replace a brake light bulb. I called two times to get the status on my vehicle. It was ready at 4:45 and the brake light bulb was not replaced. VERY UNSAT, brake light bulb. I called two times to get the status on my vehicle. It was ready at 4:45 and the brake light bulb was not replaced. VERY UNSAT, the job should have taken 2 hours or less, And, the delay for bulb change, as I was told, was it was a LED bulb and they did not have any in stock. VERY UNSAT. I bought 2 vehicles at this dealership in the last 4 years and after my lack of customer satisfaction I doubt I will ever do business with this dealer again. More
