I had an extended warranty that would've covered the part for my 2018 X2 and they stated it was negligent water damage and therefore not covered. They stated the antenna had been not sealed property and due for my 2018 X2 and they stated it was negligent water damage and therefore not covered. You purchase the extended warranties at the point of purchase and the first time I go to use this for a problem with my vehicle it is not covered. The Service Center Rep, Scott was polite, said all the right things and was easy to deal with but when push comes to shove and almost 3000.00 later. Because of an SOS light that came on on my dash and they say my automobile is not waterproof...REALLY! More
