Buying my car at BMW was by far the best experience in all my years purchasing cars. Your employees are the most efficient and friendly and made it a great experience. Steven and his crew at BMW Bakersfield were great, they were highly accommodating and completely met my terms. The end result was perfect, I was able to complete the purchase at the expected price and my car was delivered to me in Long Beach the next day! They also held the car for me based on my word on the phone alone, which I really appreciated given that I live a couple hours away from the dealership. Larry, who delivered my car via flatbed, was also superior. I love my new (preowned) X3 and would recommend these guys without hesitation. (Regrettably, I did not catch the names of a couple other individuals at the dealership that I worked with briefly, but everyone was great!) More
