If I could put zero starts I would. My friend bought a Certified car and when she had to have the brake pad replaced after only 1000 miles. But the worse thing is when they removed the My friend bought a Certified car and when she had to have the brake pad replaced after only 1000 miles. But the worse thing is when they removed the tires, they discovered that the rims we all welded from cracks in them and powered coated to cover it up. She reached out to them, and they claim they were not cracked when she bought the car and accused her of cracking them. Impossible since they were welded and then powered coated if she cracked and welded them then the welds would not be powder coated. She had to buy new rims since these were not safe to drive on. They are ignoring all her calls, emails and ignoring BMW of Norther California calls and emails. Guess next stop will be the lawyers. SO sad you cannot even trust a dealership to be honest. More
