I have no faith that your mechanics, which are way overpriced, know what they’re doing. Either that, or you’re intentionally deceiving customers. Neither one is good. I paid for a diagnostic vehicle check and I recd a video telling me everything looks good. Four weeks later I’m back with nearly $4,000 in cost to replace $250 worth of hoses to a reservoir I’d just replaced a few months early: So, I took it to an outside mechanic who explained that hoses are checked for wear and age by looking, feeling,?and movement. Yet, BMW service manager told me there’s no way that they could know that a hose is going to fail until it fails. That’s just not true. I paid for 3 diagnostics in 7 months, yet still had to have my car towed in as none showed wear on any part that failed: 3 useless diagnostic evaluations: I was offered a 10% discount only if I agreed to the 40% plus inflated repairs. Again, I’ve lost faith in your service. When there’s no trust it’s hard to do business with you. My service advisors have been great however. More
