I live in southern Utah, found the car online, called the dealership. The sales department was great as I could not get to California for about 10 days, they were willing to hold the vehicle till then. I co dealership. I communicated that I was going to put one third down and finance the rest, I gave them everything that they needed to have the paperwork ready when I arrived. I flew into Bakersfield at 1pm assuming that I would be able to drive away in an hour or so after signing the paperwork. No such luck, nothing was done and it took another four plus hours go get everything done! Not happy with the finance side of this business. I have bought many vehicles over the years and this was by far the worst experience that I have had.. I am happy with the vehicle and the price, not the finance side of the business. More

I live a two hour drive away from this service center so efficiency is very important to me. The process to schedule an appointment and check in were great. The service I needed done was finished in a reasonable timeframe, but additional work needed to be done that extended my visit. Other work needs to be completed, but I did not have the time on this visit. Once the work was done, my vehicle was pulled to the front of the service center but I waited 40 minutes for paperwork to be completed which is entirely unacceptable. I felt no urgency to help get me on my way home once the work was finished. There was no offer to assist me in getting the additional work scheduled I'll eventually need done and how to accommodate my situation living far away such as an offer for a service loaner vehicle. More

Amanda was extremely friendly, informative, and kept me up to date. The video that was sent was very helpful and knowledgeable. I originally brought my car in for a recall repair and did choose to have som up to date. The video that was sent was very helpful and knowledgeable. Inspection did determine that I do need additional work done, however my car was already kept overnight and I could not be without transportation. No loner was available. Had I had a loaner I'm more than likely would have had all of the repairs completed. I will have to consider this when scheduling upcoming services Overall the service that I did receive was excellent. More
