He really took the time to show us the vehicle, took us on an impressive test drive and was very open during the negotiation process. Our experience at Roger Beasley Audi was quite the opposite - arrogant and condescending sales associates who didn't dedicate their time. We came very close to purchasing the Audi, but in the end walked away and made a deal with Troy and we couldn't be happier.
