A stressful situation turned out to be an awesome experience I came to BMW of Austin with a friend. I was in a situation that had me stuck with a car with lots of negative equity. I didn't know how I was going t I came to BMW of Austin with a friend. I was in a situation that had me stuck with a car with lots of negative equity. I didn't know how I was going to get out this situation. The car note was eating me alive. Troy went above and beyond to help me out of that situation. I was able to trade in the car and my paid off vehicle and come out of it better with a 2016 BMW certified pre owned 302i sedan. I love my new car. It fits me and the note is much more manageable. The financing was great as well. I was able get a great rate at 0.9%. A stressful situation turned into a blessing in disguise. I am thankful to Troy. Everyone that I met at the BMW of Austin are great and very helpful. You feel welcome when you walk in the door. This will definitely not be my last BMW.
