Our first trip to the dealership was a look and see. Charlie Baze was very helpful and ‘no pressure’ sales pitch. He answered our questions and provided requested documents. After visiting other dealers Charlie Baze was very helpful and ‘no pressure’ sales pitch. He answered our questions and provided requested documents. After visiting other dealerships, we returned, did test drive and discussed financials and trade-in of my old car. Charlie prepared the required documentation and meeting with Finance officer, who also provided a quick turnaround. Overall, excellent Customer Service and professional staff. More
