I purchased a certified BMW last October and since the pandemic hit, have not driven much, but figured I needed an oil change. Service was great, but more importantly, I also mentioned that I found a coup pandemic hit, have not driven much, but figured I needed an oil change. Service was great, but more importantly, I also mentioned that I found a couple of the AC vent "fins" were broken from when I purchased the vehicle. Even though it's been several months since my purchase, I explained that I saw the issue soon afterwards, but this was the first time I'd been back to BMW since Oct. It wasn't really an apparent issue unless you were looking to find it, so Chris worked with me to get the vent fixed with no additional cost to me. I'm so happy that BMW stands behind its "Certified Pre-Owned" vehicles and I can count on them to make things right. Chris was very professional and did a great job getting my car into tip top shape. As usual, I also got my car vacuumed and washed for free, which is always so nice. Thanks, BMW and Chris. I appreciate how you take care of your customers. More
