Very good start to finish. Mike reached out to me at exactly the right intervals and he knew what I was looking for and got me exactly the car I wanted. It was a very efficient process. The whole experience was great! The only thing they missed was the key to the locking lug nut and of course we got a nail in the front tire the second day we owned the car.
