My husband and I leased a X3 a little over 2 years ago and loved that car; however, our family has recently grown so we knew we needed a larger vehicle. We went in knowing we wanted to purchase this time as well. Upon inquiring online about a X5, we were set back up with Troy Massey to get the ball rolling. He’s been our go to guy for vehicles since moving to Austin and I can’t imagine a car buying experience going any more smoothly. We came in and left the same day with our new X5. I would highly recommend going to see Troy should you want a low stews, comfortable car buying experience! More

I’m pretty handy when it comes to working on my own vehicle and the issue I had with my recent trip was a simple solution and a simple fix. Very good start to finish. Mike reached out to me at exactly the right intervals and he knew what I was looking for and got me exactly the car I wanted. It was a very efficient process. The whole experience was great! The only thing they missed was the key to the locking lug nut and of course we got a nail in the front tire the second day we owned the car.
