Very good start to finish. Mike reached out to me at exactly the right intervals and he knew what I was looking for and got me exactly the car I wanted. It was a very efficient process. The only thing I would make sure is that people knew that full service is no longer included when buying a BMW. It’s a small point but it is a surprise. The whole experience was great! The only thing they missed was the key to the locking lug nut and of course we got a nail in the front tire the second day we owned the car. I have always had a positive a experience with the service department. They make their time and cost estimates and have offered loaners when needed.
