Mike Hanaway is the best. First I started looking on line on a Sunday. I began asking questions on the site and was told dealership was closed. I was upset, I really wanted to start working on it then. All o on a Sunday. I began asking questions on the site and was told dealership was closed. He and I were able to work out a great deal through messaging each other. A week later I drove to Austin to sign the paperwork with my husband. Mike jokingly asked “we’ll do you want to see the car you bought? “ you see we completed this deal with out even seeing the car in person. Mike went to such extent my husband and I felt comfortable with everything Mike told us and showed us through texting. I can not say enough, on how much we appreciate the way he handled this.
