We just purchased the 4th car from BMW of Austin. Whenever we have had special circumstances that required his help or just going above and beyond to support us over the years, Troy has been extraordinary. We can't say enough good things about working with him and the rest of the staff (Brett in Finance, Eric in Service) there. We recently moved, but we'll always come back to buy from Troy no matter where we live. His word is his bond sealed with an old-fashioned handshake. This was by far the best experience in buying a new car. The timing of the deal was excellent everything was done virtually so all I had to do was show up bring my trade, sign and drive out.
