Had a defective charger on my i3, a cpo’d 2015 model. On my first trip to the dealership I was told the part was not covered by warranty. My second trip to the dealership with charred part in my hand yielde my first trip to the dealership I was told the part was not covered by warranty. My second trip to the dealership with charred part in my hand yielded a better outcome. Scott Cuny, my service advisor researched the issue and said the part was indeed covered by the warranty. I left part in hand. More
