Came in for a airbag recall. both passenger & driver airbags replaced in under an hour & they covered my Uber’s from and back to the dealer. Purchased another X5 and Troy was excellent. I had ordered the car from the factory and when it arrived he had financing all ready to see me and sign the documents and go. The following staff members (Charles, Renee, Ben, Jay) provided top notch excellent customer service for my recent purchase of a 2017 Pre-Owned BMW. The following staff members (Charles, Renee, Ben, Jay) provided top notch service from start to finish. Charles was the lead sale agent that ensured all of my desires were complete and the vehicle ready for purchase and pick-up on the same day. Renee was instrumental in doing the walk-thru and functions of the vehicle itself. Ben simplified the documentation and purchasing process for quick purchase, minus my military war stories. Jay provided his management expertise when verifying additional questions during final inspection. To put it in simple terms, a professional staff with the know how to get things done quickly and a customer- first attitude. Do yourself a favor and save time looking around at other BMW dealerships, you will not regret it on price, variety of vehicles, customer service, and knowledge.
