John, After a thorough case review, BMW of Austin would like to formally apologize for the mishandling of your recent service visit. Our communications were not responsive and we did not deliver the level of service that a client should expect. On the repair side, the dealership ran into several obstacles attempting to repair non-OEM components leading to delays and the delivery of parts that did not have proper fitment. As an amendment, the dealership provided a complimentary loaner vehicle, paid for your wheel repairs, and will offer a refund of the grills that you can keep that were paid for by your insurance company. Yes if please can refund grills so i can go through the additional trouble to get installed somewhere else. Charles Bellinger confirmed had blacked out grill and was being replaced when had my car the last time. I had zero communications from him but me asking for updates after a month. Told me he would get back to me by end of the day and never did. Then found car in driveway 3 weeks later. Just completely shocked by service and communication. Please let me know when grill is refunded.
