The dealership sold me a warranty for lifetime oil changes. I pulled in and they told me a 2 hour wait, even though I had an appointment. It turned out to be a 4 hour wait. They were supposed to do a detailing on the car and they didn't. The service agent was aloof. DO NOT buy the extended oil change warranty or any warranty from these people. It was a horrible experience. More

Jose Fernandez was very helpful and accommodative. My appointment was for state inspection, but he is nice to cover the Oil change and Break fluid in the same appointment as well.
