We brought our BMW in for maintenance and to fix an issue with the computer. Our Service Advisor Chris Brice was awesome. They even found a nail in a tire and so they replaced the tire as well. The dealership sold me a warranty for lifetime oil changes. I pulled in and they told me a 2 hour wait, even though I had an appointment. It turned out to be a 4 hour wait. They were supposed to do changes. I pulled in and they told me a 2 hour wait, even though I had an appointment. It turned out to be a 4 hour wait. They were supposed to do a detailing on the car and they didn't. The service agent was aloof. DO NOT buy the extended oil change warranty or any warranty from these people. It was a horrible experience. More
